Our cheesecakes are gluten free and less sweet and acidic than most cheesecakes. We use domestic cream cheese, pure fresh cream, fresh eggs, and additive-free cornstarch. We ensure the highest quality ingredients and combine flavors that we hope you will enjoy.

We offer two types of cheesecake
which we vacuum seal and immediately
freeze our cheesecakes to ensure optimum
freshness and flavor.

Make-to-order

ご予約をお受けして製造・発送いたし
ます。ご予約は週ごとの発送分に分け
てお受けしております。

We only bake the cheesecakes after
receiving the orders.
Orders are filled every week.

柔らかく解凍した状態、硬く凍った状
態。それぞれ違った食感と風味をお好
みでお楽しみ頂けます。

Our cheesecakes are designed to be enjoyed
both defrosted or frozen. The texture
and flavor change according to
temperature.

Ingredients

原材料はどれも厳選したものを使用し
ております。クリームチーズは国産の
もので、酸味控えめのチーズです。

We select our ingredients very carefully.
